Barton, 49, called 911 on April 11, 1995, to report his wife, Vickie, 40, had been killed at their home on a horse farm in Franklin Twp. Last April, he was charged with complicity to involuntary manslaughter, complicity to aggravated burglary and complicity to burglary after a yearlong cold-case investigation by detectives from Warren and Montgomery counties.
