DAYTON -- The jury deliberating the fate of Thomas E. Everette Jr., who is charged with aggravated murder, will continue today, Feb. 26, after meeting for about three hours on Monday, Feb. 25.
Everette, 38, is accused of shooting Phillip Cope, 50, on July 29 at Cope's residence, 4464 Foxton Court. Cope was standing over his bathtub preparing to bathe his dog when he was shot in the head, Montgomery County prosecutors said.See the full content of this document
