LEBANON -- Warren County Judge Dallas Powers and his purported lover and former employee should be tried separately on criminal charges, an appointed judge ruled Wednesday.
But Judge Thomas Nurre rejected motions to split 16 charges against Powers, 70, of Clearcreek Twp., into two cases and dismiss a perjury charge against former probation officer Libbie Sexton, 34, of Clarksville, during a hearing in Warren County Common Pleas Court.See the full content of this document
