FAIRBORN -- Five of six people charged in U.S. District Court in Dayton with conspiracy to manufacture and possess, with intent to distribute, more than 500 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine were ordered jailed pending a hearing set for Monday.

The sixth person, James Steven Bryant of Dayton, who marked his 37th birthday Wednesday, was already in federal custody in a different case.
