Internet Helps Friends Turn Into Newlyweds

On Sept. 4, Malika Jordan and Kendall Brown were married; although they had known each other since seventh grade, it took the Internet to get the two together as a couple more than two decades later.

"We first met at Fair-view Intermediate School in 1986," said Kendall, "and continued our friendship through our freshman year of college." He was attending Alabama State University, while Malika attended the University of Cincinnati and later the Kettering College of Medical Arts.
