Summary
Three decades ago, after playing parts of four seasons in the major leagues, Dayton native Ron Nischwitz was back home working for a collection agency he would later buy and pitching in the Dayton Amateur Baseball League. That's when he saw a newspaper ad that said Wright State was looking for a baseball coach.
