VANDALIA -- Police received a written confession Monday from a 17- year-old student who is suspected of etching racial slurs onto a bathroom wall at Butler High School, school officials and police said.
Vandalia police would not comment on the investigation, but school officials said they were told that possible charges might include delinquency by reason of menacing and delinquency by reason of ethnic intimidation.See the full content of this document
