Humble Penrod Earns Ohio Hall Induction

Dave Penrod didn't think he belonged. The Dayton bowler was first nominated to the Ohio Bowling Council Hall of Fame more than three years ago, the same year he was inducted into the Dayton Bowling Association Hall of Fame. He never heard another word about it.

"I figured they looked through the criteria and I didn't belong there," Penrod said. "I think I'm pretty marginal so I didn't expect to hear anything."
