DAYTON -- "It reminds me of Downtown Dayton Days," Roy Paulson, former chief financial officer of Rikes and a member of city commission in the '60s, said Friday night. He and his wife Jane have lived all over the country the past 33 years, but moved back to Kettering in December.

"There's a lot of pride here," he said. "It's unbelievable."
