DAYTON -- The University of Dayton has hired the international design firm Burt Hill to guide development of 49 acres of land the school purchased from NCR Corp.
Burt Hill -- with offices in Cleveland, Pittsburgh; Boston; Philadelphia; Washington, D.C.; and Dubai, United Arab Emirates -- will develop a master plan for all 259 acres of UD's campus, including the new 49-acre tract that stretches from the campus west to the Great Miami River. UD officials have said the eastern portion of the tract will likely be used to expand the campus with academic and research facilities and student housing, while the western portion will include commercial projects, possibly a mix of retail and residential development.See the full content of this document
