CENTERVILLE -- Local police, federal agents, prosecutors and other law enforcement officials met at the Centerville Police Department on Tuesday, Jan. 5, to recap "Operation BoltCutter," a two-year undercover operation by more than 30 agencies that infiltrated four major crime rings and arrested 20 Dayton-area individuals.

David Williams, director of the Ohio Organized Crime Investigations Commission's Dayton Task Force, explained the four crime rings; and Ohio Attorney General Richard Cordray said the suspects could not have been caught without "heroic" undercover efforts by local police and federal agents.
