Summary


I first met Betsy (Elizabeth) Frabotta in the early 1980s, when her two children, Richelle and Jason, were students in the Dayton Playhouse's Youth and Teen Theatre Program, which I directed at the time.

That was back in the days when the Playhouse was located on East Third Street, and Betsy -- who made friends wherever she was -- played an active role at the theater. She didn't appear onstage, leaving that to her children, but was a very lively presence off- stage.
