Re "Zugelder top choice for Vandalia Court," Oct. 10: I don't think so. The top choice is Cindi Heck for many, many reasons.
She has been the acting judge/ magistrate/referee from 1991 to 2005. The fact that Heck is married to Montgomery County Prosecuting Attorney Mat Heck would only serve to enhance her position as a judge in Vandalia. There would be no "conflict of interest." In fact, the exposure and expertise gained through this marriage would greatly favor her position as a judge.See the full content of this document
