DAYTON -- A Montgomery County Common Pleas jury on Wednesday found a 20-year-old man guilty of murder for shooting a Moraine man during a robbery.

The jury also found James S. Moss guilty of tampering with evidence and aggravated robbery in the death of Timothy D. Coffman, 42, at the Northland Village Apartment complex in Harrison Twp. in May 2006.
