Each year the Centerville Education Foundation, a tax-deductible nonprofit charity, funded by donations from individuals and organizations in the community, helps teachers in the Centerville school district develop and implement special projects by presenting them with grants for as much as $500.

Recently, the foundation funded 22 classroom projects, most at the $500 level.
