DAYTON -- Public Health -- Dayton & Montgomery County on Tuesday said it is the only health department in Ohio to receive a $180,000 federal grant to be used to develop a health improvement plan for the county.
The plan -- formally known as a Community Transformation Implementation Plan -- will outline steps meant to reduce obesity, tobacco use, heart disease and stroke by at least 5 percent over the next five years.See the full content of this document
