SPRINGBORO -- School officials moved bus repair work from a garage at Main and West Mill streets in historic downtown Springboro because they said its roof was unsafe. In what the school district didn't want, Todd Henderson and Jeff Sutton saw possibilities.

The dilapidated 4,000-squarefoot building is being rebuilt into "The Garage," a center for youth activities that will be run -- in part -- by the kids themselves. It will feature a concert stage, game room, coffee bar and space for youths to hang out.
