DAYTON -- All 55 square miles of this city are about to be hot -- Wi-Fi hot. Residents and visitors to Dayton and its airport could have free Internet access anywhere there is green space within its corporate limits. Service could begin by the end of this month after approval of the final contract between the Dayton City Commission and network provider HarborLink. The service is free to the city and its Wi-Fi users thanks to private funding, including Cox Ohio Publishing, said HarborLink Network President Rick Tangeman. "Other (partners) are in place," he said, declining to name them.
