BEAVERCREEK -- The Beavercreek Education Foundation recently honored 12 individuals at its "Excellence in Education Awards" banquet -- an event that recognizes outstanding educators, volunteers and advocates for their leadership and dedication to the Beavercreek City School District.

The 2008 honorees included a teacher from each school building, as well as an administrator, a classified employee, a volunteer and a community advocate.
