JAY'S TO HOST BEER DINNER STARRING TROEGS BREWING
DAYTON -- Jay's Restaurant, 225 E. Sixth St. in Dayton's Oregon Historic District, will host a beer dinner featuring Troegs Brewing Co. at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 3. Mike Waters, a representative of the Harrisburg, Pa.-based brewery, will be the special guest. The menu includes Game Chili with Dry Jack Cheese, Eisenhower Beef Stew, Grilled Steak with Gorgonzola Sauce and Crunchy Potatoes and Banana Pudding. Beers to be served include Javahead Stout, Troegenator Double Bock, Hopback Amber, Nugget Nectar and Dream Weaver Wheat. The cost is $55, which includes tax and tip.
