PHILADELPHIA - Sean Finn, Dayton's 7-foot center, is looking forward to tonight's game with Saint Joseph's. It doesn't matter that the Hawks are unbeaten or that the Atlantic 10 Conference East- West showdown will be played in St. Joe's 3,200-seat campus bandbox.

"We're excited for the challenge," Finn said. "They're not ranked third in the country for no reason. They've been playing great basketball. I don't think anybody in the league has come within 10 points of them. Their crowd is going to be into it. It's one of the toughest places to play in the country." Finn's figure was close. George Washington lost to the Hawks by nine (90-81) and Xavier fell by eight (81-73).
