BUTLER TWP. -- A Montgomery County grand jury declined to indict a Northmont Wee Bolts coach and a parent involved in an Oct. 9 melee in the parking lot that left a woman with a broken nose and her husband with various injuries.

The Montgomery County Prosecutor's Office in November approved felony assault charges against parent Brian Baird and assistant coach Jeff Starnes, but a grand jury on Friday decided not to indict the two men, authorities said.
