Once again, spring brings hope for the Cincinnati Reds. For the first time this decade, the Reds' front office has given fans a reason to dream with several off-season moves that make sense and fill needs. In 2000, Ken Griffey Jr. returned to Cincinnati, but that was a single contract. This off-season, the Reds were quiet at baseball's winter meetings before doing some serious player shopping in December.
