DAYTON -- Robert Sacco, owner and chief executive officer of PaySource Inc., claims the company's former president is trying to extort and blackmail him with federal tax fraud allegations.

Sacco made the claims in a counterclaim to the lawsuit former company President Donald Hutchinson filed last month in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court. In that lawsuit, Hutchinson claims he was wrongfully fired under Ohio's whistleblower protection statute.
