ENGLEWOOD -- It's been nearly 21 years since police responded to a "10-54" on Harold Binkley's pigs, but the porkers are back again - - this time out of the weather.

A "10-54" was the old Montgomery County police code for livestock on the roadway, a common call on National Road in Englewood and Randolph Twp. when Binkley's pigs got out.
