Centerville resident Steve Bilancia, 30, is an East Coast transplant who knew from an early age that he wanted to own and run a business. Descended from a family of lawyers, doctors and entrepreneurs, Bilancia realized that he was the latter after successfully running a vending machine route while in high school.
"I took over a vending machine route, but I was also into collecting sports memorabilia, so I met a framing and art teacher at a local frame shop and learned to professionally frame sports items," said Bilancia, a Yankees baseball fan who likes to attend Dragons and Reds games.See the full content of this document
