Re "Vectren proposal met with disdain," March 28: It is difficult to believe that Vectren thinks its customers do not know how to conserve energy.
I am fortunate to have had a new furnace, water heater, extra insulation in the attic, storm doors and windows installed in the past few years. I pull the drapes every night to keep the cold out and run ceiling fans slowly to circulate the heat.
