First-time Miami Valley competitors made their mark at the 32nd annual State Gymnastics Tournament at Dublin Coffman High School on Saturday in the all-around and individual competitions. Centerville sophomore Renee Boutilier was the area's top placer, taking ninth on beam (9.075) and 10th on bars (9.100). Several state rookies made their presence known. Northmont freshman Brittany Neumann was one of three Thunderbolt gymnasts to qualify to the tournament. She was her team's highest placer with an 8.850 on bars, good enough for 14th place.See the full content of this document
