KETTERING -- Kettering City Schools employees are learning new data warehouse software that will allow the district to track students' test performance by teacher, by subject, by school building and more, and to track that data during multiple years.

Chris Merritt, Kettering's technology integration specialist, told the school board last month that educators can use the warehouse to chart performance on Ohio Achievement Assessments, graduation tests, school report cards and midyear benchmarking tests like Dibels or AimsWeb, all in one spot.
