Jones had first place locked up in a dominating performance during United States Auto Club Valvoline National Sprint Car Series action on Saturday. Leading the first 27 laps of the 30-lap feature of the Don Branson/Jud Larson Classic -- and running alone virtually all of them -- Jones hit a rough spot in Turn 1 and slammed into the wall.
