DAYTON - DPL Inc., holding company for the Dayton Power and Light Co. and MVE Inc., a subsidiary, filed a lawsuit Tuesday against Peter H. Forster, the former chairman and consultant for the company; Caroline E. Muhlenkamp, the former group vice president and interim chief financial officer; and Stephen F. Koziar Jr., former president and chief executive officer, in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court in Dayton.
The suit alleges that Forster, Muhlenkamp and Koziar breached their fiduciary duty to the company and also alleges breaches of contract and requests declaratory judgments on their respective employment agreements and the obligation to advance certain fees.See the full content of this document
