DAYTON -- DPL Inc., owner of the Dayton Power and Light Co., will have to wait until next year for its day in court on its claim that three former top executives improperly took at least $33 million when they left DPL in 2004.
A judge Monday rescheduled the trial date from Sept. 11 to April 30, 2007, in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court to allow defense lawyers for the former DPL executives more time to prepare for trial.See the full content of this document
