KETTERING -- A capacity crowd of at least 500 clad in pink filled the Archbishop Kettering Alter High School gym during Tuesday's Volley for the Cure volleyball match against Chaminade-Julienne High School.
Attendees feasted on Sloppy Joes, chili dogs and pink frosted cupcakes. The house could barely accommodate all who wanted to attend. But proceeds from the match -- proceeds intended to raise awareness about breast cancer -- will not be directed to the Susan G.
