Sen. Mike DeWine criticizes his opponent, Rep. Sherrod Brown, for being in the pocket of organized labor, while Brown says DeWine is too beholden to the energy industry, the drug industry and Wall Street.
But an analysis of the two candidates' campaign contributions by Political MoneyLine, a Web site that tracks money in politics, finds some surprises. The biggest supporters for DeWine, R-Ohio, are his fellow Republican senators.
