DAYTON -- Unified Development Group of Dayton is working to transform an old industrial site to a new retail project along Wilmington Pike, just north of Dorothy Lane.

The company tore down the H&H Machine Tool Inc. facility and the car lot formerly owned by Paydays to make way for a 12,000- square-foot strip center and at least one free-standing building on the four-acre site.
