CLEARCREEK TWP., Warren County -- Township trustees agreed on Aug. 26 to give townshipfirefighter Justin L. Biel one more chance despite a reckless operation conviction. Biel, 28, of Corwin, otherwise faced termination after being convicted of reckless operation in August in Clinton County.
Biel was stopped while driving by state troopers at 3:30 a.m on May 31 on Ohio 73, just outside Wilmington. He charged with drunken driving after testing 0.123 on a blood-alcohol test, according to court records.
