HUBER HEIGHTS -- Large amounts of concrete, rebar and debris discovered underground at the site of the new Wright Brothers Elementary School has already led to nearly $350,000 in unexpected costs and set the project back by between two to four weeks.

Construction manager Daniel Brown said removing the subterranean concrete costs about $60,000 per day, and it is unknown how much debris remains.
