CINCINNATI -- A competency hearing Friday went as planned for Liz Carroll, who with husband, David Carroll Jr., is charged in the death of Marcus Fiesel, the woman's attorney said.

Following a psychological evaluation by a court-appointed doctor, Liz Carroll was found competent for trial in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court.
