COLUMBUS -- Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation officials Tuesday retracted a bit from a statement made Monday that the agency is conducting a criminal investigation into possible inappropriate manipulation of employer premium rates.
The bureau's special investigations unit is looking into the matter but the probe has not risen to the level of a criminal investigation, said bureau spokeswoman Nancy Smeltzer.See the full content of this document
