DAYTON -- Area cities and counties this month are reporting positive swings in tax revenue collections, giving hope that the local economy is starting to improve.
On Wednesday, Dayton officials reported income tax collections have risen, helping lower a projected $6 million to $8 million budget deficit to $1 million to $2 million when combined with budget cuts.See the full content of this document
