NATIONAL MUSEUM OF THE U.S. AIR FORCE: "On the Other Side of the Lens .. . . Military Photographers in Action," through Dec. 31; "Airmen in a World at War" showcases various World War II uniforms, decorations, honors and memorabilia from aircrews of several countries, including the United States, Britain, Germany, Brazil, Japan and Italy; "Ranch Hand: Down in the Weeds" highlights a program designed to remove foliage to deny the enemy cover in the dense jungles of South Vietnam and Laos during the war in Southeast Asia. Also displayed are historical artifacts from the Wright brothers to today's stealth technology. Museum features exhibits of aircraft and missiles, plus family-oriented and historical aeronautical displays, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. daily, museum entrance is on Springfield Street at historic Wright Field (Gate 28-B), Wright- Patterson Air Force Base, six miles northeast of downtown Dayton.
