TROY -- A Troy zoning board's denial of a couple's request to keep pet chickens in the backyard is being challenged in court.
Robert Dorsten, who along with his wife, Heather, unsuccessfully sought a variance from the Board of Zoning Appeals to keep their pet chickens -- Dottie and Lucy -- appealed the board decision Wednesday, Nov. 26, in Miami County Common Pleas Court.See the full content of this document
