Summary


Mike Cusack, the Wright State University athletics director, has consistently said he won't take any action involving men's basketball coach Paul Biancardi concerning his alleged violation of NCAA rules while an assistant at Ohio State. At least for now.

Cusack has closely monitored what has happened at Ohio State. After OSU fired coach Jim O'Brien for admitting he gave money to a recruit, O'Brien sued the university for wrongful termination. Biancardi has continually denied all wrongdoing. So, before taking any action Cusack will wait for the NCAA to conclude its findings, likely in the winter.
