MORAINE -- An 18-year-old West Carrollton woman was killed Thursday when a Neon she was driving crossed the grassy median on Interstate 75 south and into I-75 north traffic, striking another car head-on, Moraine police said.
The driver in the other car, also a woman, was taken to Miami Valley Hospital, Sgt. Chris Selby said. That woman, 28 of Kettering, was driving a Volkswagen Passat, a sedan.See the full content of this document
