It's two hours before a soldout event and you need to know where to get tickets. Is it safe to buy online? Is scalping illegal? By Ohio law, it's up to the area municipalities to make their own scalping laws. Although many area locales don't have laws on the books against scalping, venues such as the Nutter Center, UD Arena and Hara Arena have rules against it.
