Summary

RIVERSIDE -- For about 10 years, students hoping to find a little drama in their summers have headed to Carroll High School. The high school hosts an annual drama camp where students write their own scripts, choose costumes and makeup and -- of course -- act. "We help them write their own productions," said Toni Weitz, one of the drama directors. She runs the camp along with Melissa Fisher, a teacher and the co-drama director. The drama camp is for students currently in grades five through eight and this year will be held from June 22-26.

The camp times are from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Carroll High School, 4524 Linden Ave. The cost is $55 and includes a T-shirt and snacks.
