Bouncing off the couch or out of the recliner after watching a gazillion college and pro football games is a bit of a problem.

Those beautiful clothes you got for Christmas are a bit snug. Walking through the supermarket, you see all the magazines at the checkout counters with buff bodies on the covers and swear that's gonna be you.

Time to hit the gym and take up running like you promised yourself you would so many times in the past.
