DAYTON - The first phase of the sanitary sewer replacement for Philadelphia Drive is to begin Monday, closing Riverview Avenue between Philadelphia and Wawona Road approximately five days, according to the city's traffic services department.
When Riverview reopens, Philadelphia will be closed between Riverview and Earlham Drive. Detour signs will be posted throughout project, which is expected to be finished by year's end.See the full content of this document
