Summary
QUESTION: Does Bob Bratkowski have a shot at filling one of the head-coaching vacancies, and how do you feel about his candidacy? -- Joe, Beavercreek
ANSWER: Despite some curious play-calling at times, Bratkowski has done a fantastic job as Bengals offensive coordinator. He's an aggressive coach who has built an explosive attack around Carson Palmer. As the son of former NFL quarterback Zeke Bratkowski, he has the experience, knowledge and charisma to qualify as a head coach. But I'm not sure he has the patience. He's candid and quotable, but I have a feeling that all the external pressures of the job -- including dealing with the media -- would wear him down. But he definitely deserves the opportunity.See the full content of this document
