Bombers Remain a Work in Progress ; the Echl Franchise Advances Players to Higher Levels, but Success On the Ice and in the Stands has Been Hard to Reach.

"Next year will be our breakthrough," predicts Don MacAdam, who triples as the team's co-owner, general manager and coach. "We'll be profitable."
